Worst Driver Ever

No this isn’t Danica Patrick. This is the worst driver in the history of driving. The video speaks for itself. I had to start skipping forward in the video because it hurt to watch. My eyes are still strained. Is this what Rhode Island drivers education looks like? Isn’t it shocking that some states don’t require parallel parking on their road tests? I’m not 100% complaining.
