Scientists at URI Discover that Charred Steak is not as Good as Medium Rare Steak
Source- Two researchers at the University of Rhode Island are urging outdoor cooks to avoid charring meat on the grill…They say the chemicals contained in charred meats are the same ones found in cigarette smoke and that eating them can be as dangerous as eating soot from a fireplace. The scientists say grill masters who cook their meat rare or medium will avoid these dangerous compounds.

We got a couple of Einsteins over here, no? Bro, are you telling me that a burnt piece of shit steak is not as good as a well cooked one? Well no fucking shit! Just because you are a pussy and don’t know how to grill, doesn’t mean the rest of the world is this clueless. I wonder how much of my tuition went towards funding their steak dinners and “research.”

I like my meat dark, if you know what I mean.
