Source- Carl M. Pierson, 19, of 267 Church St., Peacedale, was arrested at about 4:32 p.m. on Aug. 8 and charged with disorderly conduct. According to police, they received a complaint of an intoxicated man on the roof of South Kingstown Town Hall, next to an air conditioning unit by the town manager’s office. Police said that when they went on the roof, Pierson was there, and he was arrested without incident. Police noted that he appeared to be highly intoxicated. Pierson later consented to a chemical test, which revealed his blood alcohol level to be .199.
