Why is The Harlem Shake Still a Thing?
So I’ve received like five invites on Facebook to do a URI Harlem Shake. People, The Harlem Shake was funny once, but its done. Doing a Harlem Shake a week after it went viral is just about as funny as creating a “Call Me Maybe” remix or a “Gangnam Style” remix. It’s over. It’s not funny.

The Long Overdue Blog About How Rhody Beat Auburn in Double Overtime
Source- Xavier Munford hit an off-balance, 28 footer to tie the game at the end of overtime and then his teammates made all the plays in the second extra session as URI has outlasted Auburn, 78-72, and gave coach Dan Hurley his first win.

Hurley Brothers Play ‘Horse’ [video]
The video started out with so much promise. I legitimate thought that they were gonna shoot it out. Like, I was really into this video until Dan decided to throw the basketball over the Ryan Center. Then it became more of a “hey look at what our interns can do with Final Cut Pro” vs actual preseason fun and excitement. Hopefully this video isn’t an indicator of what the season will be like. I have so much promise for this team, I would bet my dick on it. Next year, we could be the team-to-beat in the A-10. If anyone has the actual footage of their ‘horse’ game, send it to me.

We Really Suck At Making Promo Videos
Just when you thought you saw the most awkward URI video ever, this bad boy comes out a couple weeks later. Seriously, like who the fuck wants to go to Rhody Rally now? If I was on the fence, I definitely wouldn’t want to go. Also why is homecoming and Rhody Rally so late? Will people suddenly be sparked with interest in going to our shitty football games? Nope. The time to do that was like one week into school. They could have fooled us and told us how awesome our football and soccer teams were.
PS: Way to re-enforce stereotypes, SAA. Rhody drinking booze. Fucking Student Alcoholic Association…
